Why Your Support Matters

ODINT operates independently, without government or corporate funding. This independence is essential to our mission. When we document vulnerabilities in government infrastructure, we need to be free from conflicts of interest that could compromise our research or our willingness to publish.

Your financial support directly funds our research operations, including infrastructure costs, tool development, and analyst time.

Other Ways to Support

Tax-Deductibility

ODINT is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 41-4306936, effective January 27, 2026). Contributions to ODINT are deductible under IRC §170 to the fullest extent allowed by law.

For donations of $250 or more, we will provide a contemporaneous written acknowledgment as required by IRS Publication 1771. For questions about your contribution or to request a receipt, contact odint_io@protonmail.com.

ODINT does not provide goods or services in exchange for donations. Your entire contribution is deductible as a charitable gift.

Transparency

As a 501(c)(3) public charity, ODINT is committed to financial transparency. We file annual Form 990 returns with the IRS and publish annual reports detailing our funding sources and how donations are used. See our Annual Reports page for more information.
